I have been in private practice since 2014. My approach to therapy focuses on establishing an open and honest relationship with each client and their family when appropriate. I practice from an interpersonal, insight oriented lens and integrate art therapy, play therapy and mindfulness when needed. Psychological testings plays an important role in my treatment as I believe it is a great tool to foster self-awareness and create achievable goals. I am also trained in polyvagal therapy.
